There is obviously a lot to know about this. I think you made some good points in Features also.
It sounds like you’re creating problems yourself by trying to solve this issue instead of looking at why their is a problem in the first place and contacting the manufacturer and figuring out if there was a glitch or if this is a common problem. I’m sure the manufacturers will be eager to help rectify any unfortunate situations.
