I ordered my kit and then ordered accessories in a second order to prevent a delay if any of the accessories were on backorder. In both cases i was immediately notified that the order was processed. Then I received notice that the packaged items would not be shipped for another 4 days, even though the funds were immediately taken out of my account. It has now been 12 days since I placed both orders and neither package has arrived. The USPS shipping tracking number was sent and it does not track anything shipping. I wrote to customer service, who were responsive. They are sending out a new shipment today, with no explanation as to why my order/shipping was delayed. I look forward to trying the product, but am not sure how/when future orders will be shipped. Will i have to wait 2+ weeks for every delivery?
